Interior Court – Designed to capture the most rays of natural light, The Lofts’ interior court is a serene oasis when you need a moment to collect your thoughts. 

Gated Parking/Garage – Come home to convenient underground parking with secure access. For hands-on projects you’d like to complete, The Lofts offers a shop in the garage.   Each home owner will select 2 parking spaces for their own.

Workout Room – Stay at home and stay in shape! Sweat it out in The Lofts’ contemporary workout room, with 2 large flat screen TVs, floor to ceiling mirrors. This space is designed with assistance from Technogym, USA only the best equipment, free-weights, treadmills and bosu balls are provided for the homeowners. 

Entertainment Room - Go ahead. Invite everybody. Whether you are having the guys over to catch the big game on the plasma screen TV, organizing a dinner party using full kitchen and bar, or relaxing with friends and family in the sitting area around the fireplace, the Lofts’ entertainment room has everything you need to compliment your social style.
